Announcements & Reminders:
1. A division winner for the 2005 National League is Funafuti A, which
is although draw with Nanumea A in points, Funafuti had the edge because of its
total goals of 26 while Nanumea A had 23 goals.
2. I would like to congratulate Funafuti A for their performance to
become the 2005 National League Champions!
3. I would also like to thank all other teams for their participation,
and to wish them better in the next tournaments.
4. The 2005 National Knockout is scheduled for the upcoming Saturday 23
April 2005 however I have received a couple of reservations on this date due to
the upcoming Inter Primary & Secondary School Games (IPSSG), which is scheduled
to begin on Monday 2 May 2005. In this respect, I would like to request your
assistances in seeking your clubs' views this afternoon for our Knockout
starting date and our Committee will meet tomorrow, Tuesday 19 April 2005 at the
new stadium's grand stand at 4.30pm. Also ensure to bring the number of teams
your clubs would like to participate in the Knockout in case we decide to begin
Knockout as scheduled. Draws will be made straight away!
